Falcon Hospitality Group is a community-minded hotel management company based in Gardner Kansas that staffs over 50 associates. Through these associates and team members, we try to be leaders in the hospitality industry in the areas of acquisitions, development, and rebranding. We are proud of not only developing and creating new hotels but also being able to be “turnaround specialists” for distressed properties. We take pride in our ability to identify, acquire, grow, and protect assets.
Currently, we own, operate or are affiliated with 6 hotel properties between the Kansas, Missouri, and Kentucky markets providing 530 rooms.
We are developing multiple projects. We hold franchise licenses with top franchise companies including Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Choice Hotels. Our brands include Springhill Suites, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Home2, and Sleep Inn with licenses to develop future hotels with a few top Markets.
